Every plan includes all platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and every way to collect comments: connected accounts, the browser extension, CSV and pasted text. Collecting never stops at a limit, so unlocking later needs no new fetch. Sealed draws and their certificates never change with a plan.
