By using Sealdraw you agree to these terms.
The service
Sealdraw collects comments from posts you own or manage, applies the rules you set and draws winners at random, right away or at a time you schedule. Each draw gets a public certificate that lets anyone re-check it.
Your account
- You sign in with Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or a link emailed to you. Keep those accounts and your email secure: whoever can sign in to them can sign in to your Sealdraw account.
- Each way to sign in belongs to one Sealdraw account. You can add and remove them in Settings.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account.
Plans and payments
- Sealdraw has a free plan and paid ones: a Giveaway Pass (a one-time payment that unlocks one giveaway) and Pro (a subscription, monthly or yearly). The pricing page lists what each includes.
- Payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com), our merchant of record, which sells the plans to you and handles billing, taxes, receipts and refunds. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to the purchase. Sealdraw is provided by David Ninidze.
- Pro renews automatically until you cancel it in Settings → Plan & billing; it then stays on until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the refund policy.
- Plans only decide what a giveaway can seal. Sealing, the proof and the public certificate are part of every plan, and a draw already sealed never changes when a plan ends.
Your responsibilities
- Only connect accounts and add posts you own or are authorized to manage.
- You run your giveaway: its official rules, eligibility, prizes and any legal requirements where you and your entrants live are your responsibility.
- Tell entrants in your giveaway rules that the draw is published: the certificate lists every entry by platform, comment ID, author ID and username.
- Follow the rules of each platform you use, including their promotion guidelines. YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok do not sponsor, endorse or run your giveaway.
Certificates are public and stay online
Anyone with its link can open a draw's certificate. Every draw you seal is listed on all of its giveaway's certificates, revealed or not, so drawing again for a different result can't stay hidden. Certificates stay online when you delete the giveaway or your account, so a published draw can always be checked. They show no comment text.
No guarantees
Platforms sometimes hide or withhold comments, and their APIs change. We show how many comments were collected compared with what the platform reports, but we can't guarantee every comment is collected. The service is provided as is, without warranties, and our liability is limited to the extent the law allows. We may suspend an account that misuses the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
